I finished this book last week and I still miss the characters, I loved the relationship between Victoria and the Phersons.

I agree with you Eileen.The characters were so real and well depicted.The good news is that Eventide follows the characters a little bit in the future and introduces a few more characters.Its a sad but uplifting book again where the goodness and weakness of people shows through equally.
